We developed a custom solution to help document the loading process. The devices are attached to forklifts our customers already had, and the only change was adding our phone app inside the forklift cabin. Operators take images as they work, documenting where they picked up cargo and where they put it down. The images are automatically labeled with embedded time, so they cannot be tampered with, and uploaded to company-owned servers, giving our customers full control over their data. If desired, the images never touch our storage and stay only on yours.

The system has now been running for almost a full year, and we have been congratulated many times on its ease of use. We are always trying to make life easier for everyone involved. The workers inside the warehouse are happy that the system understands what they need from it and that it just works. The offices are happy knowing what is happening in real life, because spreadsheets cannot give you the full picture of what happened.

Forklift solutions can be customized to plug seamlessly into any existing workflow and truly improve the company. We do not want to deliver a system with a steep learning curve, because that is not our style. We also do not want customers to rework their entire flow around our systems, because that does not make sense.
