You do not know what is happening inside containers once their doors have been shut and sealed. If you are not careful, you cannot prove a container was empty when it arrived, and you cannot prove what you put inside it. Our devices handle that documentation for you. The device can be attached to your existing loading ramp, and image capture can be triggered either by real events, such as attaching a container to the ramp, or manually by operators. The image is then annotated with an identification number, such as a work order, and sent to your servers. This gives you a complete overview of how the loading happened.

If you receive a claim that cargo was damaged on arrival, you can send back the video archive for that order and prove that the cargo was not damaged when it left your factory or warehouse.

We could not count how many times customers told us about disputes being solved in seconds just by looking at the images. Logs, statistics, and words can easily be presented in a way that supports a different truth, but images show the facts without opinions.

For loading ramps, we usually attach a mobile phone to help capture photos from other angles when required. The image is automatically annotated and labeled with the same data as the on-ramp device. This lets operators store close-up details like lock numbers or order IDs, with everything neatly stored in one place on your own servers.
